CANCELLATION POLICY

If your order is paid and haven’t shipped yet, please contact our customer service department and we’ll cancel for you. Refunds may take 1-3 business days, depending on your bank’s operating hours.

Once your order has been shipped out, we can’t cancel or alter it anymore. For those those custom or specialty order (items that are not a stock size), we cannot guarantee any request to cancel or modify an order once production has already begun, because these are products that we only produce to specific order; We don’t keep them in stock.

Orders canceled before shipping will be eligible for a full refund, except for made-to-order products.

Cancellation after shipping

1, For non-customized orders:

If your order has just been transferred to the transport company and has not yet started shipping, we will contact the transport company to intercept it. Once the interception is successful, we will cancel the order for you; otherwise, the order will not be allowed to be canceled. (Note: Occasionally, we have shipped the order but the logistics company has not updated the order number yet, order cancellation request is not allowed. Please give us some time to urge the logistics company to update it as soon as possible.)

2, For customized orders:

In principle, custom orders are not allowed to be canceled. If you insist on canceling, we will propose an alternative choice or solution based on your original order.

If you cancel your order before the production, we will provide you with a full refund. If you cancel your order after the production, we will provide you with a partial refund. You will be eligible for the cost of full shipping and 80% of the price of your order. Our deductions are to cover our costs for restocking products and payment processing fees.

RETURN POLICY

We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package and make sure whether the items are the ones you have specified. If you are going to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged and in original package.

Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped, Lost Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.You are eligible for a partial/full refund or free replacement if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. For lost items, we will reship for you if it’s in stock. Or else you will get a refund.
If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, please do take some necessary photos or videos to illustrate the flaw. Providing the picture of the item itself, its package and the label outside the package will accelerate the processing procedure effectively.
Return Due To Change Of Mind

Please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged and in original package, which is not opened.

How many days do you have to return a product?

In order to return a product to us, please ensure that it is sent back within 30 days of your receipt of goods after we agree your return request. The return package should contain all the accessories of this product. No refunds are allowed after 30 days! If you would like to return goods to us, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of order. No returns are allowed after 7 days of receipt of order!

We will send you a return address after we approve your return request, please ensure that the goods are in the condition in which they were received by you: undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. Please email us the tracking number that we need to fill in the system. After we receive the package, the refund will be applied if the package is in good condition after inspection by our QA team;
We reserve the right not to process the refund if your request not be approved or items returned in unacceptable condition.
How much will you pay for return shipping?

1, For defective, damaged, mis-shipped, lost orders:

If you insist on refunding instead of getting a replacement, we will be responsible for the return shipping.

2, For mind-changed without any flaw concerning quality or appearance orders:

(1) From our warehouse to your address:

If there does not have any flaw concerning quality or appearance, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new conditions, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees including standard delivery (we bare when you order, but if return is request, we will collect this part of the shipping fee from you) and expedited delivery (you paid when order) from our warehouse to your address.

(2) From your address to our warehouse:

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping goods back to us. If we send a refund to you, we will deduct the return shipping costs.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
